Knowledge in at least one major vendor specific Hadoop platform (preferably GreenPlum or Cloudera), more is preferred. Knowledge in at least one NoSQL DB (MapReduce, Hive, Sqoop, Flume, Oozie and Mahout). Knowledge in data mining. Terminology and understanding in data modeling and mining.
