Environment Knowledge of Enterprise Email Environments, Cisco UCS Blade Enterprise SAN Environments TCP/IP troubleshooting PC troubleshooting. Manage the implementation, configuration, deployment and ongoing support of Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) server infrastructure hosting Enterprise Applications. Work experience in Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) B-Series Blade Servers and Cisco UCS C-Series will be added advantage. Need to have strong experience with Windows 2003/2008/2008 R2 Server support and troubleshooting. Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. Have to create project plans to implement new hardware/software systems. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Need to provide support per request from Business Units and to investigate & troubleshoot issues. Apply OS patches and firmware upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning. Need to have good knowledge in packaging and server certification. To have advanced knowledge of datacenter automation technologies such as Tidal or Microsoft Orchestrator and advanced scripting knowledge with Powershell, Perl, Visual basic, xml To have good knowledge in network hardware related devices and the terminologies associated with it. *Certifications required:* Designing Cisco Data Center Unified Computing.
