S/he will provide design, implementation, technical support and maintenance for an enterprise desktop environment, client applications, printers, user experience, and system management infrastructure. S/he will ensure current processes such as software/hardware development and deployment are properly designed, in addition to providing high level support to other teams. The successful candidate position will work on multiple projects of varying complexities and priorities for the engineering team. Deliverables will vary from assisting with desktop technologies and processes to the deployment and management of desktop IT solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal IT support teams and resources in other departments within the business.
