*Job Title: .NET BI Developer*

*Location: San Francisco, CA*

*Duration: 9+ Months*




Design and implement large, very complex solutions involving multiple
systems using SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL
Server Reporting Service (SSRS) and Asp.Net. Develops block diagrams and
logic flow charts. Translate detailed design into computer software.
Support testing, debugging, and refining the computer software to produce
the required product. Helps prepare both program-level and user-level
documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve
efficiency. This is highly responsible work maintaining and maturing web
presence, both Internet and Intranet. Will be responsible for concept,
design, testing and maintenance of web sites and applications. Will meet
frequently with staff before and during project, to ascertain requirements,
and also afterwards to train staff in the proper maintenance of web pages
and proper use of web applications. General duties will include advising
web developers and management on all aspects of web development from
technology to functionality.



• Develop OLAP cubes, SQL views and database schemas used to consolidate &
structure information

• Maximize user adoption, anticipate adoption issues and resolve technical
issues

• Develop drill-through dashboards, visual analytics and on-demand reports
to be leveraged by end users

• Responsibilities impact the achievement of practice area objectives,
including project deliverables and project timelines at the team level and
at the departmental level.

• Influences the development of functional objectives

• Involves interpreting and analyzing established concepts and trends.

• Exercises considerable judgment to make decisions for less defined and
complex issues.

• Requires complex decision-making.

• Maintains customer focus and positive client relationships.

• Drafts and prepares a variety of communications documents, including
customer presentations; delivers presentations to customers.

• Interacts with practice area managers (practice leaders) internally and

Scope of the project - MFL Enhancement helps streamline the controls and
monitoring activities performed by the Human Resources (HR) compliance
team. The intended benefit of the application is to become a tool for HR
compliance teams to help monitor all SOX controls as related to application
access management. The scope of the project includes Requirements
gathering, design, development, testing, implementation and user training.

components, reports, documentation, and unit testing

Stage of the project – Enhancement to current MFL System with additional
SOX controls
