Develop high-quality code following established Agile and XP development processes. Evaluate workflow diagrams and initial mock-ups; make technology recommendations that support optimal construction, maintenance and performance. Assess the technical feasibility of proposed functional designs. Identify and deliver improvements to existing solutions. Estimate the time needed to complete development phase of projects. Keep abreast of the latest developments in web development technologies.
