Please find the below details. *Role: UX Designer* *Location: Clayton, MO* *Duration: 6 Months+* *Project: Support the Customer’s Car Share new CQ5 based responsive website.* *Skills:* Primary skill sets are in the areas of UX-expertise (user-centric methodologies across disciplines) and vision, and strong communication/presentation skills. As the primary point-of-contact for the project team, the UX architect must partner closely with the Business stakeholders and subject matter experts /BAs to drive experience strategy and vision ensuring consistency of strategy and alignment with broader vision 1) Leads project-level experience design strategy and hands on in the development of associated user experience deliverables - Scenarios / Use Cases, Sitemaps, Wireframes, Screen Flows 2) Understands target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translate them into creative experience design concepts. 3) Experience with conceptual design and creative prototypes as well as tactical UI design and implementation. 4) Understands and can communicate effectively the user experience, methods and rationale 5) Abreast of UX design best practices, trends and techniques 6) Follows a design methodology while working on design problems 7) Ability to define information architecture & Sitemaps, task-flows and task-analysis 8) Knowledge on Rich Internet Applications, Design for Hand-Held Devices, Responsive Web Design and Accessibility 9) Hands-On Experience on wireframe tools such as PowerPoint, Visio etc. Experience in Axure is a plus 10) Lead the preparation of design deliverables by shaping the creative direction into design solutions and specific tasks 11) Knowledge of the Agile Methodology 12) Experience in using out of box and customization features in Content Management systems such as CQ5 13) Consider the limitations of a CMS driven UI while recommending UI solutions 14) Understand technical platforms and terms (i.e. HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, AJAX, Java, .NET, XAML/WPF etc.) 15) Ability to articulate aesthetic and visual design principles would be strongly considered Interpersonal Skills 1) Good at onshore-offshore coordination 2) Strong team player 3) Solid organizational skills and attention to detail 4) Handle conflicts, expectations and quality of deliverables 5) Problem solver and negotiator 6) Strong listening and communication skills 7) Positive attitude, proactive and helpful Thanks and regards, Vinay Kumar Sr. Recruitment Executive | Software Folks Inc.
