We need someone to come in and dig into this environment as we have no documentation, identify opportunities for improvement (including redesign not just process) , implement them, develop documentation to make knowledge transfer possible, replace SSIS with Informatica. In a nutshell, to stabilize and standardize the environment as much as possible to accommodate a new ERP implementation in 2015 and our eventual need to transfer this entire environment to Oracle in the months/years to come.
