BACKFILL!!

Senior SQL Server BI Architect
Duration: 6 months
Location: Denver, CO

This is an urgent need for me. Had to let go of a consultant today
and I need to backfill them asap.

The person we cut was very senior level so please don’t send junior
peeps. This is truly an Hands-on Architect role. They need to have
Exceptional communication skills (10/10) especially when it comes to
writing since this may require a lot of documentation.

Note from HM:
We let go a consultant who had been around for about a decade who had
built out SQL Svr DBs to house data from multiple ERPs or ODSs(Cobol,
MySQL, Oracle EBS). He supported the SSRS and SSAS deliverables as
well as the DB, SSIS and server admin activities, so a pretty senior
expert in the Microsoft BI space in an ERP environment. We need
someone to come in and dig into this environment as we have no
documentation, identify opportunities for improvement (including
redesign not just process) , implement them, develop documentation to
make knowledge transfer possible, replace SSIS with Informatica. In a
nutshell, to stabilize and standardize the environment as much as
possible to accommodate a new ERP implementation in 2015 and our
eventual need to transfer this entire environment to Oracle in the
months/years to come.

Write-Up Criteria:

· 7-10+ years experience in SQL server, Microsoft BI stack
· 7-10+ Informatica experience
· Ability to identify, document, redesign, and replace SSIS
with Informatica.
