*Duration*: 6+ months *Rate: *$55/hr on C2C MAX *Responsibilities: * *Work in a team setting in relation to *design and development activities using approved database and software development tools and methodologies.* *Work off business requirements and *develop optimal technical solutions.* **Perform analysis, design, development, unit testing and documentation* for small-to-medium system implementations. **Design, code, test, debug, document and implement software* applications according to established standards. *Collaborate with business peers to *establish coordinated QA and UAT test plans and acceptance criteria* *Perform root cause analysis *on issues and provide effective timely technology resolutions.* *Provide ongoing production *support (i.e. document, test, implement & business user communication)* *Qualifications: * *5+ years experience in *application program development, or the equivalent in education and work experience.* *Strong sense of *web design and attuned to the fundamentals of the user experience*. *Ability to work constructively in a *team environment as well as independently.* *Knowledge of the systems development life cycle. *Previous work experience with a *insurance/financial services company a plus.* *Technical Qualifications: * **Asp.Net 4.0/4.5, C#.Net4.0/4.5, VB.Net4.0/4.5 programming skills* **Entity Framework Experience with jQuery.* *Experience using *Infragistic controls* **Database design, writing stored procedure, user defined functions using SQL 2008 R2, SQL 2012* *Understanding of *AJAX and JSON* *Understand how to *generate reports using SSRS* *Understanding of *ETL operations using SSIS*.
