Job Description:
Provide primary Tier Operational 2 and 3 support for escalated incident
tickets related to Windows Systems Tasks Such as:
Windows Clustering
DirectAccess
Active Directory
GPO Creation and Troubleshooting
PowerShell Scripting
Provide Operational Virtualization Administration (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V,
and Citrix XenApp 6)
Provide Operational SCCM 2007 Support for SCCM Package/Collection Creation
and Deployment
Provide Operational SCOM 2007 Support for MP Tuning, Dashboard Creation,
etc.
Execute routine patching and maintenance of Windows Systems (SCCM and WSUS)
Provide Operational support for routine backup and restoration from tape
using EMC Networker 7.5 and Quest Recovery Manager for Exchange
Utilize HP Service Center for Incident, Request and Change Management
Provide recommendations for the improvement of Standard Operating Procedures
Support the Ops Shift Team with tasks such as
Regular updates for critical incidents in accordance to SOP
Facilitation of the critical incident Technical Bridge

Required Skills:
Willing to be cleared to the TOP SECRET level
Effectively multitask between multiple critical incidents
Attention to detail and sense of urgency in execution of task
Effective communication and superior customer service skills
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Be availability to provide after hours On-Call support
Be availability to work during weekend or evening maintenance windows
Desired Skills:
Active SSBI, SECRET, or TOP SECRET clearance
Familiar with HP Hardware
Mac OS X (Lion, Mountain Lion) Support
Experience in the administration of Forefront Anti-virus and Spyware
Experience in the administration of Citrix XenApp
Experience in the administration of Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware
Experience in the administration Microsoft ILM and/or FIM
Experience with Microsoft System Center 2012 Products
Experience in the administration EMC SANs
ITIL v3 Foundation or greater Certification
Microsoft Certifications
Familiarity with UNIX
