"Visa Copy required for Client submission, Please do not send H1 Transfer/ OPT" SAP Basis Transition Manager/ SAP Basis –Compliance Manager Raritan, NJ, United States 6 months+ Requisition Details: • The Basis –Compliance Manager will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals in the Basis, ABAP, and architecture functions. This includes, but is not limited to resourcing, budgeting, communication, and oversight of new initiatives in addition to building effective relationships with customers, peers, team members and senior leadership. • Works with peers and Director to drive the SAP Basis Compliance and • Develop, implement, maintain, and improve team procedures, benchmarks, and controls • Research best practices to support continuous improvement • Work with architects and other Organizations to understand industry trends and the latest advancements in the SAP space • Provide recurring management reports, metrics, performance baselines, etc • Responsible for staff located in 2 different locations and providing backup to other Managers as required • Work closely with other leaders to improve ability to deliver new capabilities and maximize the value received from existing investments • Accountable for team's performance on goals, employee attributes, and project deliver • Responsible for developing, maintaining, tracking, and reporting on team Capital and G&A budgets • Responsible for managing all Human Resource activities for team members including but not limited to: hiring, yearly assessments, compensation reviews, and performance discussions Experience • College degree; Minimum of 7 years' experience managing and/or directing effective teams • Experience managing SAP BASIS Compliance and Project Transition • Solid understanding of Compliance and Audit Process • Excellent understanding of project management principles • Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems • Proven leadership ability; Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously 2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly desired.
