*Role : SAP HCM Payroll* *Work Location: Lake Saint Louis, MO* *Duration : 12+ months* *Job Description*: At least 3 full lifecycle implementation experience in HCM implementation specifically with experience in configuring SAP CATS. CATS integration experience with ECC and CRM is a must have. Should have experience to lead workshops on Knowledge transition from one vendor to another. Must be able to tightly control scope of work in design validation sessions using change control process effectively providing business must have continuity and proper phasing of functionality. Must be able to maintain an integrated process feasibility view and escalate risks to Solution Architect and Program Manager. During Build and Test phase should be bale to work with offshore resources and client resources for deliverables and sign-offs. Should be able to provide on job complete knowledge transfer to client counterpart.
