*Client: Microsoft V- (OSG Group)* *Job Title: Support Analyst 3* Description: The successful candidate for this position will be actively monitoring hosts and services that span multiple projects and technologies. Ensures incoming tickets, SCOM alerts, or request for support emails are promptly responded to, ticketed, and resolved. Be responsible for the accuracy of service/hardware deployments, and timely completion of all other assigned tasks. Co-manages, creates, and maintains teams support documentation. Primary Responsibilities: • Investigate, root cause, and resolve failed infrastructure or services. • Drive, plan, and execute on assigned projects. • Document processes and challenges. • Communicate effectively with other engineering, test, and development groups. • Maintenance, setup, and configuration of new systems. • Create and deliver accurate system reports. • Actively monitor, create, prioritize and drive tickets to resolution. Required Job Skills: • Excellent working knowledge and experience with administering *SQL, IIS*, File, and *Hyper-V* servers • Working knowledge and experience with Dell/HP Servers and Storage • Ability to manage several critical issues at the same time • SOLID troubleshooting skills and the ability to troubleshoot software, hardware and networking issues • Clear written communication skills • Excellent working knowledge and experience with administering Windows 8/2008,2012 environments • Excellent working knowledge and experience with writing and editing scripts. (Batch, VBS, or *PowerShell*) • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines • Experienced and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Experienced and comfortable working in high paced operations environment Other Desirable Job Skills: (Not Required) • Prior experience building or testing Windows\Windows Mobile Operating systems • Prior experience using Product Studio, TFS, VSO and Microsoft Office • Working knowledge and experience administering WTT or WTT Mobile • Working knowledge and experience using SCOM, SCSM, SCVMM • Application and Automation building This position works a 10 hour shift in an office environment between the teams support hours of (7AM – 7PM). Candidate could frequently be asked to work off hours and weekends to support critical services or complete necessary tasks.
