Location : *Allentown, PA* Duration : *3+ Months* *Job Description:* · Gather and document business requirements including business process flows & business rules so that · client can confirm & sign off on completeness and accuracy of requirements, unambiguously · development team can understand system requirements, and analyse / design solution · Essential experience & skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · 3-5 years of experience in one / multiple IT projects as a Business Analyst · At least 2-3 years of experience working with offshore developers; and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with an offshore team (current team in India) · Process modelling using tools such as Visio / Powerpoint · Strong Microsoft Office skills · Experience in capturing testing requirements & test data needed to validate technical solution · Experience in providing basic quality assurance over delivered technical solution, before handing over solution to the client for testing · Highly preferred experience & skills · 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in projects which developed applications for Utility / Energy sector clients · 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in projects that leveraged MS .NET (MVC with Entity Framework) highly preferred *BEST REGARDS* *NOOR * SR.
