This statement of work is to obtain a contract staff member who will assist a senior programmer/analyst with updating the system to meet current DTMB standards for security, updating software to current DTMB recommended standards, improving system performance to support increasing numbers of system users, and preparing the system architecture for use with mobile solutions. PROJECT OBJECTIVE: Upgrade architecture to support DTMB recommended standards for security Upgrade architecture to support increased performance needs Upgrade software used to DTMB recommended standards for software Upgrade the system architecture to support Mobile needs Update system documents and processes to DTMB standard documentation and processes. SCOPE OF WORK: Description of the requested work, including deliverables and knowledge transfer Support maintenance of existing MAPS system Support system changes necessary to meet DTMB recommendations for security Support software upgrades necessary to meet DTMB standards for software Support system improvements necessary to meet increased system use by multiple states Create/ Update MAPS SUITE system documentation to DTMB standards TASKS: Technical support is required to assist with the following tasks: Knowledge of the Michigan MAPS system Knowledge of .NET & Microsoft technologies Knowledge of C# Knowledge of SUITE processes & state standards Knowledge in Configuration Management Knowledge Project Management processes & DTMB PMO standards.
