Please find the below details. *Skill set:- VMware Admin* *Location:- San Rafael, CA* *Mandatory Skills:**• *4-8 years of working experience managing IT enterprise Physical &VMware Windows servers & services, HP model is a plus. • Intermediate knowledge of system management and methodologies specifically related to VMWare, Windows-based operating system, networking/distributed computing environment concepts, and systems security. • Ability to problem solve quickly and ability to propose clear viable tactical & strategic options & solution • Basic level scripting skills in PowerShell, Vbscript/ perl, and Object Oriented coding skills to automate processes will be Plus • Understanding and work experience( Atleast at L2 Level) with AD environment, SSH, DNS, DHCP,VMWare, name resolution, Solid Knowledge/Experience of SCCM2007/2012, WSUS, Microsoft Clusters 2003/2008/2012, HPSIM, OS Platforms • Support Experience at L2 Level in Vmware/Windows Environment. • Excellent problem solving and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a cross-functional global team. • Effectively coordinate with other team members globally. • Sufficient written communications skills for report writing and business correspondences in an organized, complete and concise manner. • Flexible, open minded, self-motivated, fast learner, initiative, reliable, and a team player. • Ability to multi-task, work independently & calmly under pressure and/or stress • Good written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge of ITIL can be a Plus.
