Looking for a strong Senior SharePoint developer with hands on proven
coding experience in an enterprise setup. Has prior in-depth development
experience with

SharePoint timer job, event receivers and workflows.



Skill Set and Requirements:

•        4+ years of development experience using APIs with SharePoint
2010/2013

•        Proficient in C#, PowerShell

•        SQL experience is a plus

•        Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability
to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent requirements.

•        Security Certifications is a plus

•        Microsoft Certification in one or more disciplines (MCSE, MCDBA,
or similar) and 2-3 years’ experience (or comparable on-the-job experience)
is a plus



Responsibilities:

•        Policy Enforcement Tool

                o   Analyze existing code to audit sites for non-compliant
policies

                o   Troubleshoot bugs in code to maintain functionality and
auditing

                o   Test/Validation of new code rollouts

                o   Update customization to account for existing policies &
creation of new policies (if any per new classification profiles)

•        Policy Evaluation

                o   Clearly break out enforcement logic (Visio Workflow
Diagrams, Create Policy Guides)

                o   Build tools to facilitate Policy
Evaluation/Auditing/Compliance

•        Service Integration

                o   Develop clear and concise integration plans and impacts

                o   Partner with Program Management to develop integration
solutions based on Business Requirements

                o   Own the validation and documentation of integration
opportunities

•        Development of a xHub Landing Page, consisting of:

                o   Automate Self-Site Creation

                §  Right now we are provisioning sites manually using a
workflow and PowerShell. Developer will need to come in and develop a
migration plan to automate

site provisioning with APIs linking to different databases to validate user
can create site.

                o   Tools/Solution for users to update non-compliant alerts
from Policy Enforcement alerts

                §  Example: User gets alert for libraries/lists without
IRM, a tool to help guide the user back to compliance.

                o   User dashboard reflecting owned and permissioned sites

•        Site Management dashboard reflecting owned site policy compliance
