Location: New York, New York *Minimum Requirements:* *Experience* 3 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator providing global users support, project contribution for enhancements and systems integration as well as and long term database maintenance support. - Salesforce Admin Certification - Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations - Perform other duties and projects as assigned - Be able to work within a close knit team as well as be independent and proactive as needed - Possess critical thinking & effective written and verbal communications skills Adaptability; ability to work with multiple personalities and coordinate with others in various time zones, to be flexible with changing priorities, and to be comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce Administrators are often asked to research solutions to operational problems which have never been encountered before. Capacity; Ability to quickly understand how long tasks take to accomplish and to effectively organize and prioritize tasks with the assistance of team members. Ability to effectively communicate time and resource constraints. Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail. Good judgment; Needs to feel comfortable seeking out guidance and direction if they are unsure of how to proceed. *Description:* Seeking a Salesforce Administrator that can facilitate global user adoption of the company’s new Salesforce instance as well as conduct data quality tasks, advise on workflow enhancements and contribute new feature ideas to the support team. This person reports to the Director of Global EMarketing. This position requires excellent customer service and organizational skills to support department leads, staff, and internal clients. The person must promote a positive work environment by maintaining professional interactions with all staff members, vendors and facility personnel.
