*Minimum Requirements:*

*Experience*

3 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator providing global users
support, project contribution for enhancements and systems integration as
well as and long term database maintenance support.

   - Salesforce Admin Certification
   - Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work
   situations
   - Perform other duties and projects as assigned
   - Be able to work within a close knit team as well as be independent and
   proactive as needed
   - Possess critical thinking  & effective written and verbal
   communications skills

   Adaptability; ability to work with multiple personalities and coordinate
   with others in various time zones, to be flexible with changing priorities,
   and to be comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced
   environment. Salesforce Administrators are often asked to research
   solutions to operational problems which have never been encountered before.

   Capacity;  Ability to quickly understand how long tasks take to
   accomplish and to effectively organize and prioritize tasks with the
   assistance of team members.  Ability to effectively communicate time and
   resource constraints.  Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain
   accuracy and strong attention to detail.

   Good judgment; Needs to feel comfortable seeking out guidance and
   direction if they are unsure of how to proceed.





*Description:*

Seeking a Salesforce Administrator that can facilitate global user adoption
of the company’s new Salesforce instance as well as conduct data quality
tasks, advise on workflow enhancements and contribute new feature ideas to
the support team.

This person reports to the Director of Global EMarketing.  This position
requires excellent customer service and organizational skills to support
department leads, staff, and internal clients. The person must promote a
positive work environment by maintaining professional interactions with all
staff members, vendors and facility personnel. This position requires the
ability to function successfully in both team and independent work
environments.

*Responsibilities*
*Administrator*

Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users with proactive best
practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com


Understand system configuration capability and know how to resolve issues
or identify when a developer is needed for issue resolution.

 *Security Management*

Maintain Salesforce security profiles including:  user roles and profiles,
security settings, access settings etc.

 *Data management*

Perform mass data imports as needed and data integrity/manipulation tasks
such as merging duplicate records and realigning records that are not
matched correctly via imports from other internal systems that are
integrated with Salesforce.


*Email Marketing*

Flexible to provide support to sr. marketing associate by sending mass
email marketing campaigns using Exact Target and provide performance
reporting as needed.
