People with working knowledge will not fit into this role. There is a tendency that DBA’s may have worked on OGG (Oracle Golden Gate) in the past but don’t possess the admin and managing skills for this technology. Please make sure that we have people lined up who have expertise in admin, implementation and management of this tool. 1.
