*Position :Senior Sharepoint Developer*
*Location : Chanhassen, MN*
*Duration : 6 Months*
*Required Skills:*
*Education:* Four-year college degree in related field or equivalent
combination of education and experience or Graduate degree preferred
*Technical Skills :*
· 1-3 years of experience in the software or website development
industry
· At least 2 years of experience with 25% or more of the following.
· Numerous programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C#, PHP,
MSSQL, Apex, .NET, Fetch XML,etc)
· Enterprise level content management and/or collaboration tools
(Adobe CQ, SharePoint, Jive)
· Rapid Application Development experience
· Browser performance testing, load testing
· Mobile development (Phone Gap, Titanium, mobile web and
application development)
· Behavioural targeting or end-to-end marketing optimization (CRM
type tools, A/B testing, etc)
· Hosting / Cloud / SaaS offerings
· Vendor management
*Responsibilities :*
· 10% of their week on management tasks, 20% on technical design
and mentoring, 30% on meeting with Business Units, and 40% on writing code
and configuring applications.
· Write code for one or more programs or projects to ensuring
adherence to technical excellence of our consumer-facing experiences
· Remain current on technology trends applicable to Life Time
Fitness’s business
· Mentor other developers, participate in code reviews
· Use appropriate technical design methods to explain your approach
· Ensure technology, legal, security and process standards are
followed across your assigned business segments
· Understand and communicate technical and functional design
requirements
· Regularly meet with Business Owners and their delegates to
provide updates and insight to project status
· Design, code, and test technical solutions, including unit
testing
· Manage working sessions with Business Units, gathering
requirements and doing some build and configurations in these sessions
· Perform code reviews & Understand and help guide the evolution
of the system’s architecture
· Understand the necessity of, have experience with and aid in
establishing and ensuring delivery to coding standards
· Understand project expectations as communicated by the Lead on
the project
· Estimate development effort to deliver
· Recognize and effectively communicate risks to project timelines
and quality
· Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
· Proactively work with Express Solutions Director, Interactive
Business Analysts, Creative, User Experience and Quality Assurance Analyst
to define project requirements
