(Message Broker / IIB / DataPower) with primary focus on design, architecture & development for large scale & complex enterprise grade solutions - Must have strong hands-on experience on integration platform from one of these – IBM Message Broker / IIB/ DataPower XG45 / XI52 - Must have very sound & in-depth understanding of SOA/EAI/ESB concepts, SOA Governance, Event Driven Architecture, Enterprise Design patterns and Enterprise Architecture - Must have strong experience on Messaging (JMS, MQ Series etc.) and Message Oriented Middleware - Must have proven experience on efforts estimation for a large Enterprise Integration program including Function Point or Work Breakdown Structure methodologies - Experience designing and building highly concurrent, high throughput web services - Must have strong experience on XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD, JAXDB, SOAP, WSDL, AXIS2, HTTP, REST, APIs - Must have excellent communication skills – written as well as verbal; must be able to articulate the value proposition of solution/services to senior teams from client/prospect - Must be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions by planning, developing and refining “to-be” architectures - Must be able to develop current to future state technical architecture - Good to have experience in design and development of complex event processing based applications - Align and promote enterprise technologies of EAI/ESB, SOA, BPM, BRMS etc. within overall solution architecture - Excellent knowledge of Application Services, Messaging Backbone, Application Integration, Database Solutions, and Architecture Patterns - Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with technical organizations and management teams Job Requirements: IIB (WMB) Architect: - Must have overall experience of 10 years + of which at least 5-6 years should be in IBM suite of middleware products.
