Required Skills: • HRA implementation experience • Facets experience • Can create test plan and scenarios, execute testing (esp. needed- a variety of adjustment scenarios, ITS and COB, and COB processing • The consultant should have HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) implementation experience along with COB (Coordination of Benefits).
