Job Title: SAP CRM Functional Analyst Location: Northridge, CA Duration: 5+ Months **upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test** *Candidate & Write-Up Criteria:* *REQUIRED:* Functional consultant with strong SAP CRM, CIC, and ECC experience. The primary responsibility of this position will be to support the build phase of an SAP CRM CIC implementation project. The scope of the project is to deploy current custom SAP system functionality into SAP CRM Interaction Center for customer support / complaint handling with integration to back-end ERP ECC system. The requirement is for a Hands-On functional expert, experienced and capable of performing configuration for assigned process areas.
