Project or service name:
CorFlow Claims Project
Position goals:
Play a key role in providing project leadership and senior business
analysis expertise for the Global Claims implementation of hte CorFlow
workflow system.
Main tasks/activities:
•Work with business SME's, process improvement specialists, project work
streams (system enhancement, document management, global reporting), and
other business and process analysts to help define business needs,
facilitate business requirements, and create design specifications
•Build and maintain project plans to achieve objectives, interacting with
program lead, business SME's, and IT resources
•Develop process maps and provide analysis at detailed levels between
business activities and IT systems
•Provide leadership and organization in collecting and analyzing
requirements and facilitating the process of turning those requirements
into system
specifications
•Identify IT integration points, develop benefit and cost analysis, assist
business with prioritization of process automation opportunities
•Develop Use Cases for use of workflow tools and integration with other
corporate systems
•Conduct integration testing, system testing, and support testing
•Analyze system defects and develop resolution strategies
•Assist in development of documentation, including user guides, SOP's, and
demonstrations
•Interact with business users and provide point of contact, training,
coaching and support through go-live
•Perform other duties as needed
Position requirements:
•Should be a US citizen or green card holder
•Significant exposure to BPM tools desired, AWD preferable
•IT business analysis methodologies
•Experience in SDLC and Agile project approach
•Project leadership and communications
•Process mapping and workflow creation
•Extensive experience in Commercial Insurance Underwriting support
•Strong communicator, able to speak with the business experts and
understand the commercial insurance domain
•Effective in matrix, team environment
•Well organized and consistently delivers on commitments
•Exceptional communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport and
influence stakeholders
•Ability to work with senior level stakeholders and be comfortable making
healthy challenges on requests
•High energy and desire to take on a high workload over an extended period
of time
•Quick learner
•Desire to become a functional expert on internal systems including
intimately understanding the functionality in the system, how to translate
business
requirements into system changes, and the impact of changes to previously
implemented releases
•Self directed requiring minimal oversight
