UAT Preparation and Management § Work with the test manager and project test leads to deliver the test strategy, approach and planning for Data Sourcing projects § Working with project test leads, define UAT requirements and prepare the UAT packs § Working with project test leads, design and load test cases into ALM § Working with AS, manage the availability of UAT environments § Co-ordinate UAT execution and manage the sign off with business users 2. Test processes: § Refine, manage and report on the defect process for data sourcing defects § Work with users/AS as appropriate to define solutions to defects § Refine, manage and report on the Change Control process for data sourcing CRs identified during test execution § Work with users/AS as appropriate to define solutions to CRs 3. Project Management § Input into the weekly status reporting process with supporting test execution metrics § Project management support duties 4.
