Immediate Need For Java Tech Lead - Interview And Start ASAP!! Job Title: Java Tech Lead Location: El Segundo, CA Duration: 6 Months *Local to CA Only!* Qualifications Minimum Qualifications BS degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the area of systems engineering, design, and integration. MS degree preferred. Two or more years of software development experience in object oriented languages such as Java Experience in Business Systems Analysis, Requirements Elaboration and high-level architectural designs Understanding of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of the organization Excellent multitasking and time management skills with consistent attention to detail Ability to clearly write technical documents Proficiency in standard MS Office applications Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment Ability to quickly learn and communicate value of new technologies to technical and non-technical audiences Occasional travel may be required. Preferred Qualifications Fluent in Spanish / Portuguese Experience object-oriented design and development, Java, J2EE, and middleware/enterprise application architecture/implementation.
