(15%) Required Candidate Profile (Job Requirements/Descriptions) · Qualification –BE / B Tech Preferred · 5+ years of Experience on Avaya CM, Avaya CMS, Click2Call and similar integrations, Call recording, Real time dashboards and reporting systems.
