Web BA • Secondary: ability to plan and manage small pieces of web work. iPM • Work directly with the MFS BA on understanding what projects are going on and what the vision is. • Help ensure all the agency and technology partners have the data they need and are aware of • Relationship building (successful candidate will have to interact with all aspects of the organization. technical, marketing, business, etc...) • Self-starter – the less dependency or oversight they need the better. Confident in making basic decisions. • Coordination/Management insight - sends a lot of emails and schedule meetings where necessary. A successful candidate will need to know who to reach out to, about what, and why Required Skills: Familiarity with SDLC (a high level knowledge is fine, knowing you have to do design, dev, qa, etc...) • Nice to Have o Familiarity with design and web concepts.
