Demonstrated Project Management and\or Business\System Analysis experience including tools, techniques, and methodologies. Knowledge and experience planning, evaluating, designing, testing, and supporting hardware and software. Technical understanding of computers, network security, information systems, incident handling, intrusion detection, vulnerability & patch management, log analysis, and other related technologies. Experience with technology product solution research, design, and evaluation. Familiarity with Government and Health Care related laws such as; HIPAA HITECH, Chapter 66A, 93H, 93I, FISMA, PCI-DSS, NIST, SSAE 16. A background in technical IT roles such as IT architecture, development or operations, with a clear and abiding understanding of information technology. Working knowledge of hardware / Microsoft Desktop & Server operating systems through current version. Excellent people/communication skills. Able to maintain a professional demeanor under occasionally stressful situations with all personality types. Deep security experience is not required but prior service IT Support experience is needed Working knowledge of the NIST 800 series publications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Management or equivalent work experience a plus.
