Description: *Additional Job Details:* Qualifications: • At least 3 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience on Oracle EBS R12 customizations, enhancements, extensions & Conversion experience and/or Oracle Data warehousing experience. • Minimum 6-8 years of Oracle Applications development experience preferably in a high tech company, with at least 2-3years in R12 implementation or support. • Prior experience designing and implementing transactional interfaces and has detailed knowledge of relevant technical skill required to accomplish day to day tasks. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with credibility at all levels of the organization and a team player outlook with the ability to work well with peers. • Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment. • Minimum of 7 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • At least 3-5 years of development experience in Oracle HR Modules (core HR, Self Service HR , OTL, HR APIs, Fast Formulas, AME and HR workflows/approval) . Working knowledge of other modules such as Financials or Oracle TeleServices • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with BI / XML Publisher, AME, OA Framework (Oracle Applications Framework).
