Job Description - Lead merging of multiple Salesforce CRM instances into a single instance. - Drive the overall architecture, design, development and deployment of SFDC to meet key business objective throughout the enterprise - Manage SFDC developers and related applications developers in the successful delivery of project based and sustaining deliverables - Own project management (and leverage existing project management resources) of SFDC related projects to ensure the successful (on-time, on-budget) delivery - Report and present to the IT management and business unit executive sponsors on an ad hoc basis regarding SFDC based strategic initiatives - Support the definition of new business requirements and translate them into functional requirements - Ensure key business process are documented and updates as required - Requirements Experience owning SFDC architecture and program management for a key business unit or enterprise organization - Experience managing SFDC administrators, developers, and related application developers - Experience managing external contractors and consultants - Experience reporting and presenting program project status at all levels of management - High standards of quality and attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams - Education Bachelor's degree Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
