Minimum 7 years as part of a Team implementing solutions using a Systems Development LifeCycle Methodology. Minimum 5 years managing/eading IT complex, multi-project team projects, demonstrating solid Project Management capabilities Minimum 5 years gathering and documenting business requirements in accordance to Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) guidelines. Minimum 5 years demonstrated ability in developing / managing delivery of Use Cases. Minimum 5 years demonstrated ability to conduct and/or lead discussions with Business partners and Senior Technology Leadership. Must be able to interact and speak with a wide variety of People, from Developers, users, and Senior Leadership in IT and the Business. GOOD TO HAVE PRIOR AIRLINE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Preferably Previous Development background in the following arenas: UML Development using tools such as Visio, Rose, RequisitPro, ClearCase, and ClearQuest UNIX. JAVA The majority of time will be spent developing and managing work plans for a multiple Customer projects, gathering Customer requirements, coordinating sub-project Team plans, working with cross-team test plans, coordinating testing efforts accross teams, assisting with Business Change Planning / Training needs across projects, conducting implementation planning and other SWA Way deliverables. .
