Rate: 35 hr C2C Date resource is required: 11/15/2009 Anticipated end date: 12/31/2010 Location: San Francisco, CA Business Consultant needed with IBM Mainframe Experience, banking, and the ability to set up test cases- not perform testing but to set up the test cases. Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 5-7 years experience. Description: Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff. support needed for overall test status reporting, test documentation and test case development. minimum 3 years IBM mainframe development and large project (over 1 year) support. prior experience in test case development and tracking needed. banking and prior exposure to wells fargo testing environment, project methodology and project implementation preferred. strong organizational and ms office skills needed.
