The SAP technical consultant must be able to provide expertise to develop the strategy for data conversion of legacy HR/Payroll data into SAP. The SAP technical consultant will work with the HR/Payroll functional team to ensure the data conversion requirements are met by the functional To-Be design of SAP HR/Payroll. The SAP technical consultant must have prior SAP implementation experience within State Government *Specific Duties and Responsibilities:* • A proven functional/technical professional with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation and 10+ years of industry and/or public sector consulting experience. • Assist in analyzing HR/Payroll legacy systems • Work with functional team to identify future data requirements • Conduct and demonstrate leadership in Business Blueprint Workshops • Develop data conversion strategy for HR/Payroll • Document future State HR/Payroll Data Design in Blueprint documentation • Knowledge transfer to State Technical Team Members • Escalate issues to Project Management in a timely manner • Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as a Team Lead • A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. • Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. • Strong Project Management, Technical and Design skills * * *Skills and Abilities that the resources should possess include:* • Previous SAP Public Sector experience within State Government • Proven ability to deliver high-quality results • Experience in the development of project documentation. • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills (with all levels of the organization) and a very good command of the English language • Ability to work with diverse groups and work within the team environment • Ability to communicate complex ideas and subjects accurately, clearly and concisely • Ability to transfer knowledge • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office software including: PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook and Excel • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain partnerships within different business units • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete important time sensitive tasks, and adapt quickly to last minute changes. -- Thanks & Regards, Amit Singh SA technologies Inc. 408 716 8200(o) [email protected] www.satincorp.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle / Data Warehousing Developers / ETL" group.
