Please send only matching resume with rates, contact details, Current location *only at **[email protected]* <[email protected]> ** *****Pls Read the Job description carefully**** Position: Sr. SAP HR/Payroll Functional Location: Columbia, South Carolina Duration: 6+ Months Rate: open *Description:* The SAP Functional Consultant requested under this SOW must have an in-depth knowledge of the SAP Human Resources and Payroll functionality for public sector organizations. The SAP functional consultant must be able to design and configure this HR/Payroll functionality, while ensuring integration with other modules such as Finance and Material Management, and must have experience with unit testing, business process procedure development, integration testing, etc. The SAP functional consultant must have prior SAP implementation experience within State Government. Specific Duties and Responsibilities • A proven functional/technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation and 5+ years of industry and/or public sector consulting experience. • At least 5+ years of experience implementing SAP Human Resources PA modules • Assist in analyzing As-Is business processes • Conduct and demonstrate leadership in Business Blueprint Workshops • Develop To-Be Process Flows • Document future State HR/Payroll Design in Blueprint documentation • Knowledge transfer to State HR/Payroll Project Team Members • Escalate issues to Project Management in a timely manner • A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. • Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. • Strong Configuration and Design skills *SKILLS REQUIRED:* * * *Skills and Abilities that the resources should possess include:* * * • Previous SAP Public Sector experience within State Government • Proven ability to deliver high-quality results • Experience in the development of project documentation. • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills (with all levels of the organization) and a very good command of the English language • Ability to work with diverse groups and work within the team environment • Ability to communicate complex ideas and subjects accurately, clearly and concisely • Ability to transfer knowledge • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office software including: PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook and Excel • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain partnerships within different business units • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete important time sensitive tasks, and adapt quickly to last minute changes. -- Thanks & Regards, Amit Singh SA technologies Inc. 408 716 8200(o) [email protected] www.satincorp.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle / Data Warehousing Developers / ETL" group.
