Duration: 12+ months Description: Business systems analyst – on the order management project. This project is creating a new oracle release 12 system that will replace a custom Client ordering system (COF) - Perform item conversion validations, perform item data migration to PDM1 validations on items and bills of material. Work with sales BOM team making sales BOMs usable for testing. Provide specific item data to test teams. - Work with test team resolving data issues. Specific Knowledge/Skills: what technologies, tools, etc. are needed - Oracle eBusiness 11i or R12 business systems analyst. 4-6 years experience in Inventory and BOM module. -Expert in SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL tools and able to create and run data updates - Experience with Order Management module - Excellent analytical and investigational skills - Excellent verbal and written skills - Must be able to hit the ground running, able to work independently. Interact with BA, requester and identified requirements providers to clarify and analyze requirements. Participate in Review and approval of customer requirements. Develop and baseline development requirements. Arrange Development Requirements. Peer review and track identified issues to closure. Update Requirements Traceability Matrix. Assess impact of change requests to development requirements. Liaise with BA to assess impact of changes to customer requirements. Interact with the Development team to provide technical clarifications based on requirements and bring up the deviations from the requirements during the design phase. Review and approve technical design document. Design system test case, support system test execution. Support CAT as required. Provide inputs to the Lessons Learned based on the project results.
