Senior QA Tester Location: Pasadena, CA Total number of resources needed: 13 Start: ASAP Bill rate: $35/hr C2C all inclusive Minimum Requirement * Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in computer engineering. * 6-8 years of testing or quality assurance experience required. * Have experience in Healthcare (good to have) * Have experience in pharmacy (nice to have) * Being able to review requirements, as well overseeing the test cases developed * Strong written and oral communication skills required. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborative, as needed, and to appropriately prioritize required. * Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with many interruptions required. * Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly required. * Ability to resolve problem; take initiative, and to identify and propose new tasks and procedures required. * Have strong HL7 background (good to have) * Have very strong analytical skill set * Have very strong testing background * Has worked on multiple large projects and understand big applications and their impacts. * Being able to develop project plans, as well as driving the team toward the plan * Oversee onshore coordinator, and overall deliverable assigned to the group. * Being able to work with business and gather requirements, * Effectively coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders.
