-SAS Development 
-Financial Reporting experience - Banking industry experience 
-Data Mining 
-Data Manipulation 
-DB interaction from different data sources 
-local preferred 
-potential contract to hire 
-statistical knowledge 
-Automation (different data sources) 

Update:  We have 4 positions open in this group - have had 6 phone interviews, 
only one has made it to the 2nd round - NEED MORE CANDIDATES - Here is what the 
Manager says we are missing on these candidates: 

- good SAS programming skill (automation, macro) 
- Must have exp working at Banks 
- Financial reporting experience is a MUST 
- can get data right (through complicated data manipulation)
- Had some experience in data analysis (not just data loading)
- Can handle large data sets
- With good database knowledge and experience (SQL server, Teradata, MVS)
- A can-do person
