*Need: Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst* *Duration: 6+ month contract * *Rate: Open* *Location: Memphis, Tennessee.* · This need is for someone who can read C# (dotNet) code, interact with Microsoft SQL Server, and create documentation assets. This resource needs to be able to capture business processes through meetings, conversations, and observation. · Any experience/background in the health savings account (flexible spending accounts) industry would be extremely helpful but not required. Being familiar with financial institutions is also a plus. Any Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is also a plus. · This role is part technical and part functional. This individual will be writing and gathering both technical and functional requirements and specifications. This will involve conducting interviews with the end users. · The existing in-house, proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application needs to be repaired/rebuilt or there is a possibility that the existing CRM app will be replaced with a new one that is purchased. · Expected documentation would encompass the following: process flows, swim lanes, functional documents, sequence diagrams, Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams, etc. · The candidate will effectively capture the documentation on an existing system and business process. (Reverse engineer and create the document asset). · The resource will split time in both Kansas and Tennessee. This resource will spend the majority of the time in Memphis, Tennessee. For the first 2-3 months this resource will spend 50% of the time in Kansas and the other 50% of time in Tennessee.
