*Information Security Project Manager* *Location: Eagan, MN*
*6 Months Contract* *Description:* The successful Information Security Project Manager will be responsible for: Ø Serve as liaison between Information Security team and IT support groups relative to the deployment and maintenance of global security project. Ø Perform and support the following project tasks including Managing Security Incident activities, deployment of Security products, Resource and User, Project Budget, Project Issues, Risks and Actions. Ø Prepares project plans and schedules to include coordinating requirements, tasks, work assignments, and resources to ensure project integrity. Ø Oversees the formulation of project objectives and system development requirements. Ø Manage security vendor relations including project status, project deliverables, project issues, and project costs. Ø Monitors activities performed by the project staff to include ensuring that all product and documentation meet departmental standards. Ø Build and deliver information security presentations for managers and executives Ø Ability to plan, initiate, organizes, and prioritizes work independently. Ø Performs day-to-day assigned functions in the specified timeframe to ensure that our client expectations are met and exceeded. Ø Updates and monitors internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progress of each project. Ø Appropriately communicates and escalates internal client concerns in an appropriate fashion avoiding unnecessary personal and client anxiety. Ø Provide detail weekly security project and team status reports including action items and deliverables. Ø Maintain daily time sheet logs of worked being performed for client. Ø Provide assistance for information security program reporting requirements. Ø Solid understanding of Information Security projects and budget. *Qualifications Required:* Ø PMP Certified, Security certification preferred (CISSP, CISM) Ø Minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT Security for a large global company Ø Minimum of 4 years of experience with Enterprise Project Management solutions Ø Minimum 3 year experience with Microsoft SharePoint and collaboration concept Ø Minimum of 1 year experience related in deploying projects in areas such as; vulnerability management, security/infrastructure design, risk analysis and mitigation, disaster/contingency planning, certification/compliance testing, data loss prevention, Network Security Strategies, Technical Documentation, industry standards such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards, PCI, SOX, Rollout/Implementation and User Training/Support Ø Experience with Project Professional 2010 - fluent using Project 2010 for all aspects of Project Definition, Project Task and Resource planning Ø Experience with Project Execution, Variance Analysis, Plan Revision, and Change Control.
