· Serve as business analyst for identity and access management systems, as well as application access provisioning. · Act as a functional liaison to business units to validate their IAM requirements and use cases. · The BA will ensure current and new systems University-Wide are evaluated for possible inclusion into the IAM environment by providing functional requirements to Information Security Office IAM team. · Documentation of the “as is” and “to be” business processes using standard process modeling tools and process improvement methodologies. · Work closely with Human Resources, Operations and process owners to define and document system roles and responsibilities across all critical systems at the University. · Responsible for data mining for role engineering effort and developing role-based access control models · Develop and document IAM policies & procedures Familiarity with ERP, Student Information Systems, Provisioning Tools, Workflow, IT Service Management, Microsoft Office and Flow Charting 1. Immediate need in New Haven, CT for a Business Analyst. This is a 6+ month assignment for a Business with a strong background in Identity and Access Management.
