Job Description:
Must Have Experience in
. Services
. BI / Data Warehousing
Role:
. Define & record business processes, business rules, policies,
enablers, and readiness materials related to capability work stream.
. Customer, Product Mastering & Finance Management
. Collaborate with SMEs to record business processes, best
practices, and regional variations.
. Facilitate requirements-gathering facilitating job shadowing /
interviews
. Review and offer feedback/revisions to project collateral such as
Business Requirements, Design Approaches, Proof of Concepts, Scenarios,
training materials, etc.
. Participate in design of testing scenarios, test script
development, and UATs.
. Attend Weekly core team meetings
. Provide insights pertaining to Operations-led activities by
facilitating attending workshops, or documenting suggestions, requirements,
requests, pain points, feedback, etc.
. Conduct role-based, end-to-end analysis and documentation of to-be
processes and optimal UX.
. Provide input into and guidance for process simplification
recommendations.
. Help Identify dependencies in the project plan
