F2F required after telephonic..!!* The Systems Analyst analyzes, evaluates or develops solutions for existing or proposed systems and related procedures. Provides application software development services or technical support typically, in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications in an environment of diverse development platforms, computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server), software, hardware, technology, tools, etc. Works in conjunction with other IT organizations(e.g, data base, telecommunications, operations, technical support, etc.) *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*: Demonstrates Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management Applications Technical expertise (integration, extension, conversion design and development). Demonstrates expert understanding of applications development processes, serving as a resource to others. *Qualifications:* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management and PL/SQL Typically requires between 3 to 5 (or more) years of progressively responsible related work experience within a technical discipline Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules Good communication skills and business presence.
