Business System Analyst (AMEX Experienced) Location - Phoenix, AZ Positions - 1 Rate - $40/Hr Required: * Amex Interactive development experience (recent, within last 4 yrs). * 3+ years hands-on & Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Systems Analyst (SA) * experience in software development * Excellent understanding of the software development life cycles and the BSA role in them * Strong understanding of business requirements and translation of those to technical needs * Proven track record of effective organization and follow up in project assignments * Proven track record of contributions to successful project implementations * Functional knowledge of use cases, how to create them and maintain them * Experience with testing solutions based on use cases * Ability to work Onshore (USA) * Excellent time management skills * Excellent communication skills * Supervisory references: Provide full name and contact phone# for the past three relevant assignments or 2 years of relevant work (whichever is longer). * Must be able to work from the Amex TRCN location primarily (will consider Phoenix vendor site for candidates with strong skills and previous Amex experience) Preferred (not mandatory) - in order of importance 1=highest 1. Mobile web/app development experience 2. Mobile native app/mWeb software testing experience 3. Software development using any Agile methodology 4.
