Strong programming skills with C#, WCF and XAML are central to the role. Should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with traders, demanding clients, and state-of-the-art technology while supporting critical trading functions. The ability to communicate clearly is essential and knowledge of the financial industry is very helpful. We are looking for a team oriented person that is self-motivated. One should possess the ability to deliver solutions quickly, while refactoring and improving them over time. Experience with the Fixed Income Derivatives, the MVVM pattern, IIS administration, python and C are beneficial as well. Position Requirements Required • 2 or more years of recent XAML experience (WPF and/or Silverlight) • 2 or more years of recent WCF experience • 5 or more years of recent C# experience • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong problem solving skills • Enthusiasm for learning and self-development • Commitment to producing the best product in the available time Preferred • BS degree in an engineering discipline preferred • Experience with fixed income derivatives • MVVM • Python • Database (Sybase ASE 12.5 / Oracle 11g / SQL Server / KDB) • Microsoft Expression / Adobe Fireworks • Refactoring skills • Mobile technology *Thanks & Best Regards,* * * *V**INNI **| Oberon IT*** 1300 W.
