Experience in Java UI development and Telecom Domain application development specially in VoIP device provisioning is desirable.* * * *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * * *In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, the actual duties may vary as a result of corporatedirectives, departmental objectives, and special project needs.* * * *REQUIRED SKILLS:* * * *5+ years experience with web-based application development* *Primarily JAVA, Web Services and J2EE* *Experience with JBOSS, WebLogic, SOA tools, Portal Development.* *Effective Communications both Oral & Written* * * *Hands on experience with database query languages (SQL/PL-SQL) is required* *Familiar with UNIX environments, ORACLE databases, SQL & TOAD. * * * *Self-directed, self-motivated and hands on, with strong communications, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, project management and computer skills. * * * * * *Desired Skills:* * * *Experience with Java Swing UI components. JUnit.* *Experience with Java Enterprise development using major framework (J2EE, JEE, Spring, etc…)* * * *Agile Development Process.* *Telecom Domain OSS Application development. * *Knowledge of SIP Device Management* * * *Education:* * * *Bachelor degree in technical discipline or minimum 5 years of experience. Candidate must have strong analytical and communication skills. Must be proactive and able to work with little technical guidance. Experience with open system architecture and dedicated distributed special purpose processors desired. Experience with central office equipment desired. Experience with Software Development Life Cycle, automated test tools and software defect tracking also desired.
