Understands the necessity of and contributes to establishing and enforcing coding standards. Creates and performs training sessions for developers. Shares acquired skills with team members through formal and informal methods. Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively. Communicate effectively with other disciplines including other Architects, Developers, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Infrastructure/Communications, Engineers, and Production Support.
