Position: QA-Blackbox tester *Set Top Box – Black Box Tester * *Mountain View, CA* *Long term* Responsibilities • Identify quality issues and report bugs using TFS(Visual Studio)- previous experience of working with Set top box testing is a must • Create Test cases and execute based on the existing test cases. • Conduct manual testing • Create documentation for Manual Tester Procedures for Wiki • Help developers to repro issues, and resolve fixed bugs • Test failure analysis, able to capture logs, and analyze the logs (Training will be provided) • Work within Scrum, Agile, Cloud environment. • Perform regression testing. Technical Skills • A MUST: Previous experience doing Set top box testing • Familiarity with audio video testing, or understanding of basic terminology like Aspect Ratio, resolution, Codecs, etc • Familiarity with Smooth Streaming • Experience with agile methodologies (scrum) is a plus. • Comfortable with performing regression testing. • High Attention to detail • Thinking out of the box and ability to work independently. *Thanks,* *VINNI **| Oberon IT*** 1300 W.
