*Claims Services Command Center Shift Lead *


*Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ Length: 4-6 months*

·         6+ years of Issues Management and Project Management

·         The Shift Lead directs the intake of issues into the *command
center, establish triage to the appropriate command center
execution/resolution rooms and coordinate the lifecycle of issues from
submission to resolution. *

·         Needs to be able to work with the client's business customer care
team as well as various IT production support teams.

·         Expected to be able to follow established processes, providing
enhancements where needed, and to train and improve team members on the
execution of the process.

·         Coordinates directly with the Command Center Manager, Senior
Manager, Issue Reporting Communicators, to insure all issues are understood
during their shift and escalations are made as required.

·         Some weekend support will be necessary for the role.

·         Flexibility will be provided to compensate for weekend work
during the week.

·         Must have excellent comm. skills
