Minimum of 84 months as Java web developer 2. Minimum 60 months as lead Java web developer/architect 3. Minimum 48 months of training & mentoring programming staff 4. Minimum 36 months developing web applications using Oracle JDeveloper 10g or higher 5. Minimum 24 months experience with Oracle ADF 6. Minimum 48 months experience of systems analysis 7. Minimum of 6 months tracking project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project or IBM Rational RequisitePro 8. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science 9. Minimum 12 months writing complex SQL or PL/SQL 10.
