Candidates from the gaming and/or new media industries REQUIREMENTS* - Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, New Media, Web Development) or Equivalent Work Experience. - Software quality certification. - 5 - 7 years of experience in software quality and/or development engineering. - *3 - 5 years of experience ensuring data integrity using data validation and verification techniques.* - Strategic thinking skills, Strong oral and written communication. - Flexible, able to shift direction with the demands of the business. - Audit control reporting for data accuracy. - *Data-driven business rule architecture experience.* - *MS SQLServer and SSIS experience*. - *Data modeling experience.* - Source code control and software release management experience. - Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal). - Demonstrated sound reasoning, effective decision making, and consensus building. - Experience with life cycle testing of financial or accounting systems. - Comprehensive data-driven quality testing across integrated technology stack, creating complex test plans, cases and scripts. - Experience with life cycle testing of financial or accounting systems. - *Comfortable with multiple database concepts, understanding of relational databases and SQL and writing complex SQL statements.* - *SQL schema design and performance knowledge; expertise in data analysis and excellent debugging skills.* - Sales accounting and finance domain knowledge. - Ability to document testing strategies, plans, and cases, as well as implementation results. Work with minimal supervision. - Attend project meetings & scrums, provide regular status reports for assigned tasks. - Experience with commercial, custom, or open source testing tools.
